For Ronen Kaufman, this mission became a guiding light after the loss of his brother Ilan. Through volunteering and art, Ronen found a profound sense of purpose and embarked on a transformative journey. This website explores Ronen's inspiring work with the deprived youth of Ben Galim home, showcasing his commitment to giving back and empowering others.
A Destiny Shaped by Loss: Ronen's path took an unexpected turn when he encountered the tragic loss of his brother Ilan. This pivotal event ignited a deep-seated desire to make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate. Volunteering became Ronen's calling, a way to honor his brother's memory and create a positive impact in the world. It became clear to Ronen that his life's journey was intertwined with the destiny of helping others true is love for Art and love of the sea.
A Challenging and Rewarding Experience: One of Ronen's transformative journeys led him to work with the deprived youth of Ben Galim home—a group of twelve teenagers who had faced challenging circumstances. Ronen embraced the opportunity to teach them art, and together, they embarked on an extraordinary creative endeavor. Through their collaborative efforts, they presented an exhibition titled "What is Ben Galim Home for Me “ The exhibition showed the unique creations of each teenager, culminating in a prestigious gallery “Art & about “ that touched the hearts of all who witnessed it. And most of all have strengthened the self-beliefs of the youth in themselves.
Continued Growth and Lasting Memories: The impact of Ronen's work extended beyond the exhibition. He remained committed to nurturing the creativity and development of the youth by engaging them in various art activities and accompanying them to art exhibitions art museums. The experience of working with the youth of Ben Galim’s home left an indelible mark on Ronen's life, forever shaping his perspective and deepening his passion for empowering others through art.
